Thank you for shopping at Mineralgia. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. If you ordered through the Website or an authorized Mineralgia Retail location, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, your refund will be processed in 4 to 6 weeks, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If you ordered through Amazon.com: Your refund must be processed by Amazon.com. You can visit this page for help returning items.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us, send a photo, so that we can send you a new product. Help us with order and delivery information so that we can insure future products arrive in good condition.
